The comfortable bed provided decent sleep quality.
Upon arrival, there was no reception staff present, requiring me to make a costly local call to check in. I found the air conditioning in my room to be inadequate, as it did not work properly, leaving me uncomfortable during my stay. the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly the kitchen area, which did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned.

The Queen Room was decent and clean, with comfy beds and linen. The sofa bed was a win for my son, who found it cozy. the room had a bit of a smoky smell since the windows were open when we arrived, which was not so great. The location isn’t as prime as other places in Lorne, but it was okay for a night.

Had a great time here with friends! It’s close to Lorne Surf Life Saving Club and Teddy's Lookout, perfect for some beach fun and stunning views. The rooms were decent enough, and we appreciated the hot water in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked like a charm, providing relief from the warm weather.
We did notice that parking was a bit tricky, especially with our large vehicle. Getting in and out from the underneath parking spots was a hassle due to limited space.
